Worship with me # 3

Hello, all of you who have worshiped here already, and all those who are just joining in!

This is week 3 of “Worship with me.” Please join me in praising the Lord, via the following prayer; then add your prayers of worship in the comments below, so I can join you in worship, as well!  Also, feel free to pray each others’ prayers back to God; then click “like” on each one that you pray, to show that you have done so.  Here we go!

Bow your hearts with me:

Dear Lord,

I praise You for making the way for me to come before Your throne through Your sacrifice on the cross for my salvation!

I thank You for inviting me to come to You, into Your holy Presence!

I step in through Jesus, the Door. I step into Your Presence from the darkness outside and bow before You, even as my senses are flooded with the light before me, the light of Yourself, seated on the throne!

I bow before You at the end of the long, royal carpet that extends up to Your majestic throne. Your Presence ushers joy and peace into my soul, and I’m so thankful!

But at the same time, I’m sad that I have missed so many opportunities in the past to rest in Your Presence and to be so close to You like this; I’m sorry, Lord. Please forgive me.

I know that You do, because You promised You would. I thank You for always keeping Your promises!

My God, as I bow before You, I bless Your name.

I lift up the precious name of Jesus, whom You have highly exalted!  As You have said in Your word, His name is above every name, and at His feet, some day, “every knee will bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” (Philippians 2)

You Are Holy, Holy, Holy, and You love me with your Holy Love.  Your love for me invites me to come and love You in return.

I set my heart on You, Lord, who alone are worthy to be praised!

You are the LORD God Almighty, who was, who is, and who is to come, the Eternal God forever.

You are all I need!

You heal me and provide for all my needs!

Majestic Lord of Light and peace, I praise You!

Thank You for Your mercy, for Your unmerited favor that You shower upon us everyday! How great You are! Thank You Lord!

  3. Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness. Your unending grace and mercy remains with me always. Thank You for the privilege to worship a Holy and Righteous God. Thank You for calling me into Your precious family. You alone are God and there is none like You.

  5. Hallelujah! Praise your Holy Name Oh God! For you are worthy to be praised! GREAT ARE YOU LORD! There’s NONE like you! The heavens of the heavens of the heavens can’t contain you for you are so BIG and MIGHTY! Thank Lord for your undying grace and protection over us each day! Thank you Lord! You deserve ALL the honor and ALL the glory in Jesus Mighty Name! Amen! Thank you Lord! Glory!

  6. Thank you Lord that you have enlarged my heart that I might run after you. Thank you that you have placed the boundary lines for me in pleasant places. And thank you that I can speak your word in faith, even when I cannot see how it will work in my life. YOU are always bringing about your will!

    1. Isn’t it though, T.R.?! On Worship with me #1 a couple of weeks ago, when I prayed through the first few “comment prayers”, I was overcome with emotion; it’s so beautiful to be lifting up our praises together, even though we are miles apart and in different time zones! The Spirit of God is neither bound by time nor by space. He gives unity of heart to our prayers and praises.
