Lord, I’m weak but You are strong. I need You, and I’m so glad You are my God.
The enemy has come against me in my weakness, again, but I know where I can run to for help.
You are my Help, Lord; You are always there for me. You are my Rock and my strength, always available to help in times of trouble. I come to You in weakness, Lord, knowing that You are the Commander of the Lord’s armies. I need You to send out Your armies against the enemy to save me and rescue me, today and every day, for You are my Deliverer, my Savior, my Hero, my Mighty Warrior, my Strong Tower.
Lord, You are great, You are huge, You are vast, and I’m so small, but apparently size isn’t important to You.
Thank You that it’s not important to You whether someone is big or small. Your Love sees through the muck and the mire of our sins and mistakes, through the weakness, through the roughness, to the diamond that You created us to be.
Thank You for loving us. Thank You that You have a plan for us, that You have a purpose for our lives. Lord, I want to operate within Your purpose. I say, “Yes, Lord.” I surrender to You.
Dear God, You are powerful and wonderful, my Shepherd, my loving, kind Savior and Friend. You are my Portion and my Great Reward, and I worship You.
Thank You, Lord, for all You are, for all You do, for all You have freely given us.
I praise you, Lord Jesus.
Amen.

Oh, yes, I join with my sister to say thank you that you are strong when I am weak! I praise you for your sufficient grace that is more abundant than any sin or weakness or pain that I might feel. Thank you that you always open a path before me, even in the midst of my own struggles.

Yes, Lord, thank You for being mighty to save for my sister, Bettie! Thank You that even though You don’t always save us quickly FROM the fiery trial, You save us by walking THROUGH the fire with us.

Lord Jesus, thank you for the special joy and comfort that comes from only you. Thank you for the Holy Spirit so we can feel your presence at any time. Thank you, thank you for your great love and especially for your mercy toward me when my trust in you wanes, Lord Jesus. Thank you that even in your holiness you delight in our presence!

Yes, Lord, I thank You with my sister, Charlotte, for all these things! You are so good to us, even though we don’t deserve it. Thank You, Lord! Thank You that You inhabit the praises of Your people, and so You draw near to us when we draw near to You!
