Welcome to Worship with me! I invite you to pray with me the following, from your heart:
Thank You, Lord, that You are able!
You were able to bring Your people across the Red Sea! Your servant, Moses, believed it.
“Fear not! Stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD,” he said. And Your people saw it! They saw that You were able to deliver them from the enemy and to do the impossible!
Thank You, Lord, that You are still able today!
You are the same yesterday, today, and forever! Your arm is not shortened. You have not become weak over time like we do as humans. Your strength remains constant, just as Your righteousness and holiness do, just as Your love and grace do!
Lord, You wanted to prove Your ability to Your people at the Red Sea, and You still do today! You want to prove Your strength to us as individuals in our personal trials as well as to groups of Your people all around the world!
We praise You, Lord, because Your hearing hasn’t become dull, either, like ours does over time as our bodies get older and begin to wear out. You NEVER wear out, and You always hear our prayers!
But as You have spoken, it’s our sins that cause separation between us and You. Please convict us of any unconfessed sin so that we may turn from it and be cleansed. Forgive us of any secret sin. Help us to walk before You with pure hearts and a clear conscience.
Thank You, Lord Jesus, for paying the price for our pardon. Thank You for being and clearing the way for us to come to the Father.
We bow before You, Lord God, in humility and faith that You are not only able to do great things in the trials that we face, but You are also willing and able to forgive us if we will just believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, who died in our place and rose again! We praise You, Father, that death could not hold Him, for He had done nothing wrong, and You were pleased with His sacrifice!
And thank You that You offer us that same resurrection power DAILY to live for You and to do everything that You call us to do! Thank You that when we just can’t, You can! We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us!
