Dear Heavenly Father,
You are the best Father in the world! There is no one like You!
You are powerful, the Almighty, mighty to save!
You are perfect and holy; there is no fault in You!
You are wonderful, ready and willing to move Heaven and Earth on our behalf when we come to you in humility.
Your love for us is perfect, kind, and patient! You rejoice over us with singing!
You don’t need a camera or an iPhone to record our every step of progress because You have the best memory in the world, and You always have us in your mind’s eye!
You will never leave us nor forsake us, never burst into a violent fit of temper, and never abuse us!
Your love and healing power are better than a mommy’s kiss to heal even the deepest wounds of our hearts. Your hug for Your children is strong and eternal.
You love us so much and You consider us valuable, children worthy of Your constant care, even when we fail You.
I praise You, Farther and thank You, that You are always ready and willing to forgive us and to welcome us home when we’ve wandered away and we return to You in repentance.
Help us to be obedient to You out of a loving response to Your love for us.
Help us not to take Your love for granted but to come talk with You often, listening for Your loving words of wisdom.
